Training by women, for women

Every Wednesday at 7 p.m., our judo women meet to work up a sweat together. In this fitness group, everyone comes together — from active judoka to judo moms — and everyone is warmly welcome! What makes this training special is that our women train among themselves, working together toward their individual goals.

In the 90–120 minute sessions, things really heat up. It’s only a good workout when everyone breaks a sweat and pushes themselves together.

 

The sessions are led by our judo Bundesliga athlete, Regina Kristen. With 14 years of experience as a coach, she has learned, tested, and refined her training methods:
“My goal is to help every participant in my fitness class reach her personal best!”
