Anyone interested in this Japanese martial art is welcome to come by anytime and get a first impression in our dojo and on the mat.\n\nWe\u2019re really proud to have a large recreational group that meets every Friday at 7 p.m. for joint training and lots of fun together. From learning how to fall safely, to preparing for belt exams, to games and enjoyable activities \u2014 we offer it all. And for those who want to train more seriously, there\u2019s also the opportunity to join an additional session on Tuesday evenings.<\/p><p>So if you\u2019re 16 or older, come visit us!
