New highlight in our martial arts program: No-Gi BJJ at VfL!
Starting now, the VfL Sindelfingen Judo division is expanding its martial arts program with an exciting new discipline: No-Gi BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu)!
🥋 What is No-Gi BJJ? Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a modern, combat-sport-based discipline with roots in judo and traditional jiu-jitsu. The focus is on grappling — ground fighting — combined with effective joint locks and choke techniques.
In No-Gi training — as the name suggests — practice is done without a judogi. Instead, a T-shirt and sports shorts are all you need. This style requires greater body control, technique, and reflexes — perfect for anyone who wants to focus intensively on ground fighting.
📍 When and where? Tuesdays from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Glaspalast Sindelfingen – Dojo (Judo)
👤 Trainer: Benjamin Maihöfer, an experienced martial artist with extensive expertise in BJJ and grappling.
Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner — everyone is welcome! Come by and discover the fascination of No-Gi BJJ at VfL Sindelfingen.
Try it now and become part of the new grappling community!
