The Challenges

  • Declining physical performance (cf. WIAD study by Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund)
  • Lack of behavioral rules among children and adolescents
  • Low self-esteem
  • Increasing aggressive behavior among children and adolescents
  • Lack of empathy and insufficient motor learning skills

Our goals, our approach, our know-how

  • Promote children’s enjoyment of movement and provide a diverse physical education
  • Develop basic coordination and conditioning skills
  • Improve body awareness (spatial orientation and movement perception)
  • Strengthen the support and postural muscles
  • Teach fundamental social skills
  • Motivate for judo and club participation — establish judo as a lifetime sport
